Assessor's Office.
Mayor Cohen will speak and field questions on any topic from our members.
Joe Glorioso, the AA County Supervisor of the MD Department of Assessments and Taxation, will speak on the re-assessments we’ve all just received, the appeals process, and the Homeowner Tax Credit.
Light snacks will be provided and refreshments will be available.
Many thanks to Rusty Romo and Harry Browne's for hosting us. We encourage you to come early and dine at Harry Browne's or stay after the meeting for additional refreshments and discussion.
Ward One membership meetings usually take place at 7:00pm on the 4th Tuesday of each month during Fall, Winter, and Spring.
Location and agenda for each meeting will be posted here and emailed to members.

The Ward One
Residents Association (WORA)
Annapolis, Maryland
The Ward One Association is a non-partisan, volunteer organization representing the people who live in Annapolis and own businesses in Annapolis. Membership is open to residents, property owners, renters and business owners who care about the future of our city.
WORA's mission is to promote a strong community that encourages long-term residency, improves our quality of life, preserves the historic nature of our unique neighborhoods, and supports a diverse commercial district that serves the needs of residents.
Ward One encompasses the Annapolis Historic District and its surrounding area. This includes the downtown and uptown commercial areas and the residential neighborhoods of the Historic District, Murray Hill, Spa View Heights, Presidents Hill, Truxtun Heights and Bloomsbury Square.
